Calling All Carnivores...

And friends of carnivores! Enter to win a copy of The Kosher Carnivore, the Ultimate Meat and Poultry Cookbook by June Hersh.  Each month our resident meat expert, author, chef extraordinaire, and cooking instructor June Hersh, answers a reader submitted question in our new column, Ask The Kosher Carnivore.

To enter, submit a meat or poultry question for June to answer. The person who submits the winning question will receive a copy of June's cookbook, The Kosher Carnivore. KosherEye will select several entries and submit them to June for a final decision. The good part? We will keep the entries and, each month, June will pick one question for inclusion in her column. So, if your question is not picked this time, you still have an opportunity to win a cookbook.

The lucky winner will have his/her question featured in June's April 3rd column.
