Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Akvinta Vodka, chilled
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
8 Mint Leaves
1 1/2 oz. Soda Water

Directions:

Shake vodka, lime, mint and simple syrup hard & strain over crushed ice. Top with soda.

Garnish with a mint sprig and a Maraschino cherry
